I see how you have come to this conclusion and it sounds somewhat legit. however, there is way too many unmentioned factors that contradict this theory. you are on the wrong track. I'm not 100% certain how GoT will end but i do know the 1 and only way to kill the night king. Im not gonna give you the answer, but i will be kind enough to provide you with some info that will help you understand why this is incorrect.

The only issue I have with this theory is if Jon lost, the rest of the realm would keep fighting against the White Walkers and they must realize that. Why would the Nights King risk his life if it wouldnt immediately give him control of the realm?

The armour that Euron has in the books has not been mentioned in the show. The armour that he presently wears is clearly not valerian steel. Perhaps a duel in the sky upon dragons between the knights king on a undead ice dragon Visyrion and who ever the character Jon Snow is on Rhaegal being Rhaegar's son?
