Tywin said "You are no son of mine." because it's pretty simple Tywin loved Joanna and she waa taking away from her by a dwarf. But Tywin could never hurt the child since it was Joanna and his chils but he always hated it due to what the dwarf did.
Daenerys and Jon aren't going to get together. It wouldn't make sense lore-wise, I mean daenerys just doesnt fuck any guy that has power.

i heard that in the books, when the mad king lusted after Tywin's wife, the only time she was around him was closer to the time of Cersei & Jaime's births. So if anything, the twins are the mad king's children but I don't think the story will benefit from more secret Targaryen twists. We had that one with Jon and if we have more, then the twist before it loses its value in the story

basically you can ship jon and daenerys( his aunt)or you can ship jon and sansa (his half sister /cousin).since the only other possible ship, jon and melisandre ,is very ploblematic (you know why) , you are forced to wish jon will have a incestous relationship.

Jon and Danaerys will not get together (especially when John finds out he's half Targaryen). R+L = J is confirmed therefore anyone who watched season 6 knows Jon â€ïžđcan't or shouldn't (because this is still GOT). Anyone who still wants this to happen is either ignorant or hasn't watched season 6.
Ok so fan fiction based on George's bittersweet ending comment. Jon and Dany fall in love (not knowing at the time they are related) Dany gets pregnant even though she thought she couldn't get pregnant and accepted the dragons as her baby. She does in child birth like most of the women on the show and Jon sits on the Iron Throne holding his newborn baby with plans of that baby taking the Iron Throne and Jon staying in Kings Landing as Hand of the King until the baby is old enough to rule and Jon goes back to being King in the North.
