**Warning: Season eight spoilers ahead**

After a tense and dramatic fourth episode in season eight, fans are set to get more of the same in episode five.

The penultimate episode of Game of Thrones is now just a week away and it will see Cersei and Daenerys collide in the final battle for the Iron throne.

It has been a long journey for many of the key characters and it is likely that some of them will not make it out alive in the next episode.

The new teaser seems to suggest battles at all levels – at sea, on foot, and possibly even in the sky.

Here is everything you need to know about episode five and how you can watch it as early as possible.

What to expect in Game Of Thrones season eight episode five

Episode five is set to be another big battle for fans to enjoy as Cersei Lannister finds herself having to defend her throne against her numerous enemies.

What remains of Daenerys’ army is set to try and take the throne, despite the various set backs they have faced in recent episodes.

In the trailer we see both sides preparing for battle, including Euron Greyjoy who is sailing with his army of Ironborn.

The final moments show him looking to the sky in fear as we hear Drogon flying above him.

We also see soldiers preparing a ballista, similar to the one used by Bron in season seven, as they prepare to try and take down the dragon.
