The Game of Thrones Season 8 budget has been revealed to be $15 million an episode!
What does this mean in terms of how long each episode will be?
Will there be any sacrifices to story such as scenes being cut?

I dare to guess with all the CGI needed for the Army of the Dead and the dragons, the budget must be higher. I do hope they slip in Ghost. (There should also have been giants pulling Viserion out of the water with the giants' chains.) We NEED more time and lots more story than we had last season. I hate to keep harping on it but really, all we had was: HOW Cersei would betray everyone, WHEN Sam and Bran would find proof of Jon's parentage and whether Jon and Dany would 'do it' or not. That was it about it. Not much. The rest was kind of obvious.
It would b cool to see GTO Christmas 2018 because tv is shit that time of year not have to wait until 2019
If you do videos on leaked photos just label them clearly and don't put a picture in the thumbnail so everyone has a choice. Best of both worlds.

I'm glad each episode is about 90min and they upped the budget to 15mil, esp since there is only 6 episodes. But if you think about it it's technically the same budget per episode as Season 6 if you break it down, we just miss out on an episode. ( 90min for 6 epi w/ 15mil per epi = 60min for 9 epi w/ 10mil per epi. ) But hopefully they will use it more wisely since there will be no filler and just battles, death and conclusions. More dragons & direwolves like you had mentioned.

Yeah Ghost, Nymeria and her super wolf pack, gets my vote. Like you said, this season is going to be action packed. I also believe it will be fast paced, a lot of story lines need to be tied up. Battles on all levels will be epic! Wow, some of the episodes will need to be extended to complete GOT. If not, the conclusion would not make sense not coming full circle. Personally I wish GOT, along with all GOT fans, no matter how Epic, wasn't ending. Come HBO, please say it ain't so!!!!!!!
That's great news they are starting to film soon. Also 15 million per episode means I hope & expect epic battle scenes, plus plenty of Direwolves ( Ghost ) and Dragons in the scenes. But I still wish for great dialogue. Yes please keep us informed of any photos or news from set, that would be awesome. Thank you for this update 😎👍🏼.
