Game Of Thrones actress Sophie Turner has dropped clues around Sansa Stark’s fate in the final season, teasing a potential ‘warrior’ streak.
While she previously teased the eighth season would be bloodier than ever, the 22-year-old actress has teased we could be seeing a ‘warrior’ Sansa after seven seasons of torment and build-up.
In a video interview with Gold Derby, Turner said: ‘I always saw something of a warrior in Sansa that I don’t think other people really saw.
‘I always had the feeling that she was learning and adapting, and at some point or another, it was going to manifest itself somehow, and she manifested it into being a warrior.
‘It felt really satisfying when it happened, and I’m really happy where this storyline for her has ended up.’
Could this hint towards Sansa being atop the Iron Throne after overcoming rape, a slew of tyrannical husbands and deceptive Littlefinger? She deserves it, to be honest.
Nikolaj Coster-Waldau also recently teased Jaime Lannister could be embroiled in an identity crisis, after leaving the grips of Cersei Lannister.
Game Of Thrones season eight recently wrapped up filming, with stars like Joe Dempsie and Jamie Dornan all kicking loose at the wrap party.
Game Of Thrones season eight is expected to release in 2019.
