For the first time in the HBO fantasy’s immensely popular run, more characters were thrust together and it seemed like every other scene was tying up long-running storylines and providing the action that was heavily promised by producers.
But despite its success, some fans on YouTube channel Media Muse are convinced they could fix Jon Snow’s (played by Kit Harington) “far-fetched” quest to capture a Wight by putting Cersei (Lena Headey) in the driver’s seat instead.
The game-changer suggests that rather than being saved by his comrade Bronn (Jerome Flynn), Jaime Lannister (Nicolaj Coster-Waldau) would have been rescued from death by the Dothraki soldiers, only to be kept as Daenerys Targaryen’s (Emilia Clarke) prisoner.
