While the show’s budget in the last season saw a noticeable increase with huge dragon fights and soaring battle sequences, it seems season eight is going to be dialling the action to even greater heights.
According to Variety, the final six episodes of Game Of Thrones will cost a whopping $15 million apiece, with the budget potentially soaring much higher upon completion.

This increase in budget however could stem from the extended running-time of season eight episodes, with reports suggesting they’ll all be feature-length.
The season seven finale spanned an agonising 80 minutes, so could each episode of season eight stretch the running time even further?
