As we continue to devour anything and everything to do with the epic unveiling of Game Of Thrones series eight last night in the US, Emilia Clarke is helping us out with our quest.
After we lapped up the amazing red carpet and all the stars, both past and present, had to offer, we were shut out from the rest of the festivities.
Guess that happens when you’re not allowed to peek at the upcoming episode…
However, as the stars put on their dancing shoes and had a wow of a time at the after parties, some of the guests have blessed us with an invitation of sorts – and Daenerys herself is one of them.
Mother Of Dragons? Mother Of Instagram, more like it, as she captioned the post: ‘And then we may have got a little lit…
‘But only because WE SAW THE FIRST GODDAMN EPISODE AND ITS SO GODDAMN GOOD YOU GUYS ARE GONNA FREAK OUT…’
In one shot she took a selfie with Missandei actress Nathalie Emmanuel, who plays her right-hand-woman in the epic. This is one sisterhood we can all take great inspiration from.
Nathalie wrote: ‘Love you baby! What a ride it’s been.’
Jacob Anderson, who plays Grey Worm also made it to the feed, as he commented with a bunch of laughing emojis.
Our love totally goes to the shot of Emilia with Jason Momoa, AKA Khal Drogo, though.
Jason was totally living for the shots as well, as he wrote alongside in the comments section: ‘Love u madly. So f**king great.’
Emilia was still rocking the eye-catching aquamarine Valentino dress she sported on the red carpet hours earlier.
It caused quite the stir with a saying emblazoned across the chest: ‘Leave your door open for me.
‘I might sleepwalk into your arms.’
That phrase isn’t a GoT line (or at least not the last time we checked, anyway) but was in fact borne from an intriguing collaboration between Valentino designer Pierpaolo Piccioli and four leading poets, who each worked with the designer on his Autumn/Winter 2019 collection.
Anyway, Meels wasn’t the only one to let the plebs know all about what went down as Sophie Turner reunited with Joffrey Baratheon at the same shindig.
Leaving her actual fiancé Joe Jonas out in the cold, she embraced Jack Gleeson – who played the horrible Joffrey.
Look it was a cool shot, sure, however perhaps the whole ‘Joffrey’ part in GOT is still a bit raw for us.
Even though he’s well and truly dead.
Well, we hope. Nah, he totally is…
Game Of Thrones series eight premieres 14 April.
