Good news, Game of Thrones fans! You will soon be able to go and recreate your best life as Game Of Thrones’ sets will remain up for you to play around on.

Northern Ireland’s tourist board have revealed that some of the show’s fave sets will remain in place, so fans can come and visit and have a bit of a snoop around.

Unfortunately, they cannot guarantee dragon or winter will be available when you come though, so…just a head’s up to not be too disappointed.

CEO of Tourism NI John Grillen made the announcement, and said: ‘While fans have seen the stunning landscapes, coastlines and mountains in the series, we are thrilled they will now have the opportunity to fully experience the charm of Northern Ireland and immerse themselves in to the world of Westeros.’

So there we have it, if you fancied yourself to be a bit of a Jon Snow type, make your way over to Belfast and actually live that life.

(Though why would you? It looks like torture in Westeros!)

However, some of them have been sent up in flames, if fan images are to go by, so don’t think you’ll be able to get them all, unfortunately.

As the beginning of the end of the series draws ever nearer, fans have been on a mission to work out just what exactly is going on in the final episodes.

From reading into the stars’ new GOT inspired tattoos, to reading into acceptance speeches, it appears that nothing the cast say or do won’t be torn apart by the super-eager fans hoping to find an easter egg of info ahead of time.

However, while we all wait on tenterhooks to see who will claim the Iron Throne – if anyone’s still standing – Sansa Stark actress Sophie Turner has predicted there will be a lot of disappointed fans out there when the fantasy epic comes to a close next year.

Sophie revealed her reaction to reading season eight’s closely guarded scripts, and delivered the immortal final page of the epic tale, seemingly alluding Sansa will still be standing as we arrive at the closing episode.

‘I think, you know, as an actor it was really satisfying – I think for everyone, everyone’s storylines – to be able to act out the way that it all ends. It was really satisfying for us,’ Turner told IGN.

Well….that sounds a little bit ominous, doesn’t it?

Game of Thrones returns later next year on HBO and Sky Atlantic.
