This scene was very reminiscent of the show's old writing. I can't help but feel that portraying a young girl's struggle with balancing honor and duty to her people while managing a realm she inherited preemptively is exactly the type of depth and nuance the show lacked lately. We see a human character again after a boring barrage of one liners and "bad poosi".
Davos shows character and leadership and loyalty to everybody and Sansa is listening and learning!!!!
I have to say I am so very impressed by this little girl they had picked for such a big role in game of thrones its amazing and bone chilling how she sounds so grown up playing the part of Lady Mormont and how she gave her lines, I think she is an amazing little actress and hope to see more of her in the future.
