Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams met on the Game Of Thrones set, way back in 2011, and have been best friend ever since.
But it seems as though the pair, who play sisters Sansa and Arya Stark on the show, used to kiss on set to ensure their co-stars were paying attention.
Pretty sure there are other ways of doing that, but okay…
And, despite being engaged to Joe Jonas, Sophie, 23, revealed she understands why fans assume she’s dating her cast member, because they’re so close.
‘People always think Maisie and I are a couple,’ she said. ‘I mean, I am obsessed with her, so you never know … I’ve got an addiction to Maisie Williams.
‘Even though we are sisters, we tried to sneak a kiss into every scene we did together to freak everyone out a bit.
‘It kept them on their toes’ making sure they were following the script.’
Speaking about their close bond, she added to Glamour: ‘Maisie is definitely my protector and I’m hers, too.
‘I know if anything happened – especially if it was on Game Of Thrones, which it never, ever would – she’d go crazy and protect me … Maisie is my strong home.’
Friendship goals. Sort of…
Sophie and Maisie are gearing up for the eighth and final season of Game Of Thrones, which is dropping on screens on 14 April.
While we have absolutely no idea – and so many theories – about who is getting their mitts on the Iron Throne, Emilia Clark revealed she actually tried to nick the whole thing from the set.
The 32-year-old actress, who plays Daenerys Targaryen on the hit series, opened up about the props she tried to take home with her when the series ended – but the hotly contested throne wouldn’t budge.
‘I tried to throw some things under the wig, hide them in my bag, nothing.
‘Apparently the throne itself you can’t… I was there pushing it, trying to get it in the car. It didn’t fit, so what are you gonna do?’
We wonder who will manage to get it home…
Game of Thrones returns to HBO and Sky Atlantic on 14 April.
