The former world’s strongest man, Hafthor Bjornsson, uploaded his training video, which shows the giant putting a heavy force on his core. The Icelandic legend hits more than 500 crunches on the mat in one go inside the gym, which enchanted fans on the social media platform.

In the caption, the Giant wrote, How many crunches can you do one go? I used to get cramps after like 50…”

As soon as this video surfaced on Instagram, his followers took no time to respond.

A social media influencer and former strongest man, biglozwsm wrote, 501 pfft I did 502.”

Another influencer Heber Cannon wrote, “Tryna get abs like Thor.”

Dylan Sprouse wrote, I usually just lie about it.” 

Another fan tried to make it funny. He poked a joke, “Mindblown. world’s strongest man does crunches.”

Another fan compared Bjornsson with his heated rival, Eddie Hall. He wrote, “You look like Eddie trying to reach up and grab a sausage roll.”

Another fan did not get surprised by Bjornsson’s performance. He wrote, “I’m guessing it’s not coincidence that you’ve done 501.”

A few more fans tried to make fun of it. They passed some hilarious remarks.

A fan discussed Bjornsson’s body posture. He wrote, “Yeah, but your not sitting up.”

Another fan compared it with his waking thing. He wrote, “That’s me trying to get out of bed.”

Tyson Fury and Hafthor Bjornsson: the probable exhibition bout

‘The Gypsy King’ made it clear while announcing his retirement that he would be open to taking part in exhibition showdowns. Later, he highlighted two names that he would like to face. First, is the Icelandic giant Bjornsson, and the second is his friend and Hollywood star Dwayne Johnson.

In the process, he went back and forth with Bjornsson on social media. The latter praised the heavyweight champ for his skills but accepted the challenge.

As of now, the duo is inching to land an exhibition bout with each passing remark.
