The former world’s strongest man, Hafthor Bjornsson, uploaded his training video, which shows the giant putting a heavy force on his core. The Icelandic legend hits more than 500 crunches on the mat in one go inside the gym, which enchanted fans on the social media platform.

In the caption, the Giant wrote, “How many crunches can you do one go? I used to get cramps after like 50…”
As soon as this video surfaced on Instagram, his followers took no time to respond.
