Game of Thrones favourite Maisie Williams is set to reprise her role as Arya Stark for a new project – so, if you’ve been missing a girl who has no name, you’re in luck.
As part of an exciting Warner Bros venture, Maisie will voice the character of Arya in an upcoming game for consoles and PC, MultiVersus.
A Super Smash Bros-style fighter game, the free-to-play title will allow users to play as some of their favourite Warner Bros characters, including Batman, Superman, Bugs Bunny, Adventure Time‘s Jake, Scooby-Doo‘s Shaggy, and of course, Arya Stark.

In a first look at MultiVersus, co-founder and director Tony Huynh revealed that players will be able to compete alone or as part of a team or larger guild.
Each character will bring their own unique ability to game – “whether that’s a smoke bomb from Batman to cover your team’s movement, Steven shielding his ally for extra defence, saving someone with the Lasso of Truth, or using Bugs Bunny’s tunnel.”
Joining Maisie Williams in the voice cast are Matthew Lillard as Shaggy, John DiMaggio as Jake the Dog, Kevin Conroy as Batman, Tara Strong as Harley Quinn, and many more.
Promising additional content ahead of its release in 2022, Huynh said that the customisations available for each fighter are “just the tip of the iceberg”.
“Our vision for MultiVersus is that anyone and anything is possible,” he continued. “We’ll serve our community with regular updates, including new characters, modes, skins, and events throughout the year”.
With more characters yet to be confirmed, we’re hoping for another Game of Thrones icon to join the MultiVersus team. A Targaryen, perhaps?
Game of Thrones seasons 1-8 are available on DVD and Blu-ray. Spin-off House of the Dragon is now filming.
