Game of Thrones studio tour’s autumnal-themed display will feature Stark costumes
In a recent press release by the studio tour, this year’s autumnal-themed display: Winter Is Coming: A Stark Family Reunion will be a nostalgic trip to the HBO epic’s pilot episode. The classic costumes created by Michele Clapton include those that initially presented Arya, Bran, Rickon, Robb, and Sansa Stark, and were worn in the courtyard of Winterfell when Eddard (Ned), Catelyn Stark, and their kids met with King Robert Baratheon and his wife Cersei.
Later, when the Game of Thrones Studio Tour gets ready for winter, the autumnal exhibit will change, adding the first outfit worn by Jon Snow to the Stark family.
What other attractions are part of the Game of Thrones studio tour?
The original Winterfell Great Hall, Bran’s Chamber, and The Crypts sets, where actors and crew brought to life unforgettable moments throughout the show’s remarkable eight seasons, Sansa’s stunning coronation gown, Bran’s distinctive wheelchair, and of course, the legendary weaponry such as Arya’s Needle sword, Jon Snow’s Longclaw, and the Catspaw Dagger, are just a few of the Stark artifacts that visitors can explore.
When will the autumnal-themed display begin?
Beginning on September 30, the new costume exhibit and an Autumn calendar of activities at the Game of Thrones Studio Tour will be introduced. They will be supported by the Ulster String Quartet and harpist Niamh Noade, a finalist on The Voice Kids 2023. The HBO series’ iconic sounds will be brought back by “Sound of Thrones” by the Ulster String Quartet.
In addition, the Studio Tour now offers Halloween-themed afternoon tea from October 17 to October 31.
Also put October 21 and October 28 on your calendars because the Studio Tour will be hosting “A Giant Day Out,” which will feature interactive family entertainment.
