  1. The Sparrows name The Hound as their champion. He fights Cersei's champion, Robert Strong.
The fight is stalemate until The Hound knocks his helmet off and realizes that he's fighting his brother. The Hound stabs him through the heart, and pulls his sword back out. Ser Robert Strong rises back on his feet. The Hound realizes he isn't fighting a normal person, but a monster. The Lord of Light makes his sword burst in flames. It startles him and drops it. He realizes he has to overcome his fear of fire to defeat his brother. He grabs his sword back up and swings it at Robert Strong. Robert Strong is engulfed in flames and slowly falls on his feet, and then falls face down… Dead.
Ser Robert Strong's weakness was The Hound's fear all along. The Hound is left standing.

  2. I always thought that Loras decided to give up his prize to the Hound and the Hound was never going to compete in the joust. Maybe that's what was intended.

However, in the books (book spoiler) it turned out that Sandor did compete in the joust and he won his semifinal and was going to face the winner of the other semi-final, which was the one here between the Mountain and Ser Loras.

  3. If you demanded a trial by combat, who would be your champion out these people?

Sandor Clegane, Gregor Clegane, Barristan Selmy, Jaime Lannister(with hand), Bronn, Syrio Forel, Blackfish Tully, Daario Naharis, Brienne of Tarth, Khal Drogo, Jorah Mormont, Lloras Tyrell, Oberyn Martell, Tormund Giantsbane.

    Choose wisely.
