Hey everybody what’s up it’s me, Katherine Steele, coming at you with a hot, fresh, bonus upload straight from King’s Landing! That’s right today we’re going to be talking about Game of Thrones! If you guys didn’t know I love Game of Thrones and I thought it would be fun to take that geeky energy and throw it onto the Internet. So today we’re going to be dream casting Game of Thrones: The Musical. Now all you musical theatre buffs are probably thinking ‘hey there’s not a Game of Thrones the musical’ and you’re right, there isn’t!
But I thought it would be fun and geeky nonetheless, and a good excuse to geek out over Game of Thrones. Do any of you guys watch Westworld? Cause I love that a lot too. 10/10 would recommend. But I would recommend Game of Thrones more if you haven’t seen it (simply because there are more seasons & it’s easier to get super invested in it). Also, if you haven’t watched Game of Thrones, how are you watching this Game of Thrones: The Musical video? And more importantly, why aren’t you watching Game of Thrones?

this is a bit late, but there is a GOT parody musical called Musical Thrones! its a touring company and I just found out that its coming to my theater for a few days and I am pUMPED
I'm so here for so many of these!!! (Carrie Hope Fletcher! Christian Borle! You're a genius!) But I think that Margaery would actually be much better played by a different Laura…Laura Michelle Kelly! As much as I adore Laura Osnes, Laura Michelle Kelly brings that same sort of intelligence to all her roles that I think Margaery has 🙂

Fun Fact: There actually is a Game of Thrones Musical Parody that started in Scottland in 2015, and then tested in Chicago, and now LA. They're going to Comic Con this year 🙂

Would you be able to do a video on race and auditioning for shows? I'm Asian and don't want to be stuck in only roles written for Asian characters (Flower Drum Song, King and I, Avenue Q, 25th Annual, etc…). How would someone like me, or any other race approach auditions in the professional world?
