Game of Thrones season 7 finale left fans with a mystery: Is Bran Stark the Night King? Did Bran use his ability to see through time and get trapped in the body of the man who became the Night King? Erik Voss explains the theory, pointing out the clues you might have missed from past episodes that support it. Is Bran wearing the same clothes as the Night King? Did Bran drive the Mad King mad? Is Bran the same person as Bran the Builder or the Three Eyed Raven? What historical scenes will Bran witness in Game of Thrones season 8?

  1. I'm not convinced that Bran is the night king, mostly because I don't think he would go through such an epic journey for him to end up trapped in a zombie-esque character with no autonomy. I have another theory that I haven't seen online about the old three-eyed raven and Bran. I made a video on my page and would love to hear your thoughts.

  2. Stupid theory. It happend in the past so it will happen just like with Hodor. The White Walkers were made, so they will be made everytime. The Three-eyed Raven said it himself, ''the past is still the past, and cannot be changed.'' Oh and Bran is holding the roots because it enhances his Greenseer.

  3. The books heavily imply that Bran is important to the Others and their god in some way, so he probably will become affiliated with them somehow even if it's not specifically this theory.

  4. Night King walks on several occasions: hard home, frozen lake, white fortress. Bran is not supposed to walk again, but rather fly. Theory busted: Bran will not become the Night King, and probably not become Bran the builder (there are no mentions of Bran the builder to have any impediments, that I know of).

  5. This might actually be legit per MAJOR FORESHADOWING IN BRANS SECOND CHAPTER IN THE FIRST BOOK ABOUT HIS CLIMBING HABIT AND HOW IT GOT OUT OF HAND – After listening to second bran chapter – climb- incest witness – the stories of his shenanigans climbing and how his family mostly mom forbid him but he didn't go longer than a week without going back to it. He loves the feeling in fingers toes when climbing stone by stone!?$);)?! .. ahem,
Talks about how his fav beloved destination is the old broken keep. Once the tallest building in westeros apparently. Finds a family of incest inside. This tower was in ruin per had been struck by lightning 100 years ago ===== lost in the ruins of valyria

Maybe he'll be looking for the dragons

Brand habit/gift got out of hand, leaves him handicapped.
he'll be stuck in the dream world soon.
