Davos Seaworth is the most trustworthy of all characters in A Song of Ice and Fire, right? This video will make you think again! Is he really Stannis’ right hand man, or will he betray his friend in the end? What really happened at the Siege of Storm’s End? And what does Benjen have to do with it?

Minor spoilers for the ASOIAF books for events past season 4 (but only minor)

  1. While I enjoyed your sense of humor.. Some of your facts are way off as many have pointed out. Davos did NOT lift that siege. Ned did. And he brought more than just onions. But aside from all that… I could only stand you mispronouncing Davos' name so many times before I had to shut it off…

  2. You´re hilarious! "Let´s have a look at the boat"…omg Davos and Melisandre in a small rowboat 😀 You placed an onion over Davos´s face! And Benjen is the Night´s king. "I wonder if Jorah will give Daenerys the same advise…" Of course onions symbolise evil. I hope you make another video.

  3. Ser Davos Seaworth did not break the siege of Storm's End. Lord Eddard Stark did. Stannis Baratheon was trapped in Storm's End by the Redwyne army, from noth sea and land. Stannis' host was starving slowly to death, eating their dead horses, dogs and rats. Davos Seaworth was a smuggler, who in the middle of the night packed a small boat full of onions and salt beef, with what he stole into Storm's End by Shipbreaker's Bay. This food was enough to keep Stannis and his host alive until Eddard reached Storm's End. Davos got knighted by Stannis on one condition: because Davos was a smuggler, the last joints of his fingers had to be cut off from one hand. So I think you got it wrong in the beggining.
