Winds of Winter… Best of all time.. Fantastic direction
great one!
……so sad I missed this. Best YouTubers right here, but I disagree with ALL of you!!!! Lmao S6E10 still fav maybe S1E10 close second but come on that Cersei smile after the sept blew up alone was mind blowing (pun intended), RLJ confirmation, Jon as king (makes me cry everytime to see a bastard raised), Jamie being awesome as always. Smh winds of winter hands down #1.
Now phil, I don't appreciate the Ramsay hate whilst I'm not there to shame you 🔔 & tony stop finding any reason to hate Jamie even if it's unfounded 🔔 (although Stannis and that "thousands" line remains the most bad ass line of the series imo)
Damn hope you guys do this again soon such a great debate/discussion, great video as always talk to ya soon (do I sense or can I encourage a drunk roundtable soon 🤔hm lol) ❤️
Winds of winter was my favorite episode of the entire series
My favorite is Battle of Castle Black. I had chills up my spine as Rayder's army approached the castle. Wildlings, giants and their mammoths, Thennes, fire…I thought the Night's Watch was finished. The backround music added to the suspense and fear. Not to mention Thorne's moving speech, "…she has never fallen before and she will not fall tonight….tonight we fight…"
i liked the battle at the wall release the scythe but i really liked the battle at kings landing yeah the wild fire did look a bit cg lol.but it was a great episode & probably tyrions greatest moment on the show.also the hound "fuck the king."& joffrey getting scared & running to mummy.i did like episode 4 season 7 the dragon roasting was the best dragon action ive ever scene..hard home was good the zombies jumping off the cliff breaking bones & then jumping up & attacking like nothing happened & jon killing a WW & the stare down.the battle of the bastards deserves a mention but wun wun no fucking weapon no armor he only needed a tree he would of broke through the line of men with shields.but sansa riding off before the discussion about ramsays dogs not eating for a week was sloppy D&D writing.idid like the episode when the hound says his gonna eat every fucking chicken in the room he fucked them up & arya killed 2 men got needle back & the hound got his chicken lol.great show thumbs up as usual peace..
Hey!!! kicking a dog? no one kicks a dog!!
Mr. Teflon! you disappointed me! you apologized later but saying it was very upsetting
Great vid you all should do this more
Hardhome, no doubt about it
Season 1 epi 9 Baleor because that’s when we knew this show was on a whole other level. Ned being killed – did not see that coming. From there the episodes with battle scene esp-watchers on the wall, battle of the bastards and hardhome come into play -bringing up the rear is season 1 episode 1 – literally the entire series arcs are so cleverly grounded in that pilot.
That said there is only one episode that I’ve only watched once and will never watch again ‘The Mountain and the Viper’. Oberyn’s death (with all we’ve seen on this show) shook me. Will never watch that again.
I love you Tony and Phil!! It's almost imposible to pick just one, Blackwater is probably the best but i'm gonna pick 4×09 Watchers on the wall, just because it was so spectacular and until that episode i admit i wasn't so invested in jons storyline and the wall, but this episode really impacted me action wise AND emotionally and needless to say from that point on the wall became my favourite storyline
great discussion
Blackwater and winds of winter all dayy
Friendly Reminder that Shirtless Ramsay made the 50 best Killers on the Iron Island his Bitches!
Too many to choose from. I guess if push comes to shove I'm choosing 7×04 just cuz we waited SO LONG to see the Dothracki AND a dragon in battle. I don't count the short Mereen battle scene 6×09, wasn't enough action
I think Winds of Winter is the greatest episode of TV I've ever watched: the Sept explosion montage set to that fab music, Arya killing (and feeding) Walder, the ToJ birth of Jon, and Dany's fleet sailing to Westeros . After that, The Children and Baelor. BTW, Tony, I'll see you in Dallas in May.
For me it's Watchers on the Wall S4 E9. Beautiful cinematography by David Franco. It's the one where you see Jon truly become a leader of men.
I’m not a flaming sword enthusiast per se but i googled “Jaime and Brienne in tub” when you asked for favorite episode and turns out LML is way better at explaining why i like that episode than I am. Good talk!
Hardhome
Difficult to choose one episode as the best. But having to do so, probably would pick the Rains of Castamere (season 3 episode 9). That was such a jolting episode. Well-wriiten. And very, very well acted. It marked the most significant turning point in the TV show story — together with Baelor (season 1 episode 9). And just considering scenes within episodes, there are many that really stand out. Old Nan telling Bran stories about the Long Night. Ned and Arya talking together about needle, Sansa and the Stark words. Catelyn arresting Tyrion at a tavern. Lysa putting Tyrion on trial at the Vale. Littlefinger and Varys talking ("chaos is a ladder") by the Iron Throne. Tywin lecturing Jaime at a Lannister camp while skinning a deer. Danaerys in the House of the Undying. Danaerys gaining control of the Unsullied. Rob proclaimed King of the North. Young Ned, Lyanna and Benjen at Winterfell. Cersei's walk of shame. Cersei getting her revenge on Septa Unella. Jon Snow facing the Night King at Hardhome. Lyanna Mormont pledging allegiance to John Snow. The Tower of Joy.
good stuff fellas but hard home is my fav
Toss up between Hardhomme and Blackwater for me.
Baelor ,because it sets the story. But also rains of castamere and hardhome
The "Battle of the Bastards" is the best in my opinion. I also liked "The Red Wedding." Both episodes changed everything. The Red Wedding set the mood for the entire series. Arya added more names to her list. The Battle of the Bastards was the best fighting scene ever. JMO
Oh man…too funny…mad me laugh out loud a few times…loving it …great guests and great episodes.. and great top videos, helps us remember why we fell in love with the books and the shows.. can't wait for your next one… Chhyyeeaaahh!!
Mother's Mercy gotta be in the top — Cersei's walk of shame, Arya takes out Trant and goes blind, Brienne executes Stannis (Greek tragegty), Sansa and Theon jump to escape, Mercella is posioned, Jon is stabbed
Season 1 Episode 7 The Absolute best of the entire series. I certainly loved all three episodes that were discussed but:
1. Tywin (Charles Dance) dressing a deer and trying to teach Jamie, gives the best performance of the year (and you believe him). Dance is my favorite actor in this series. He commands the room whenever he is in the scene.
2. Ned And Cersi confront each other and truth is told,
3. Jon takes his vows,
4. Dany is saved by Jorah,
5. Robert Baratheon is mortally wounded by a boar
Baelor, Black Water, The Climb, Hardhome, Dance, Winds of Winter.
Tony still love you. But the emojis….no
No doubt about it Blackwater is the best episode. First time we got an episode in one location only, and the acting by Dinklage, Lena Headey and Stephen Dillane was the best of the entire show.
I still gotta go with battle of the bsd. Purely for the Jon snow stare down of the Calvary. Music plays a role in that scene. But ultimately Ramsey Bolton plays his character brilliantly with the sadistic evil smiles and grins. But hey just my opinion.
For me, there is a tie between Battle of the Bastards and Hardhome
My favourite episode is "the mountain and the viper"
That was fun!
Gods damn me! 3 of the best wrapped in 1! Notification hours & hours later, again..! Arrrrrr!
– Red Viper🐍🔥🦂
("…I got 5 on iit…!" Haha, great trio fellas!) 😎✌
Watchers on the wall
Hardholme…Ooof, Gave me Chicken Skin!
Come with me and take this city!!!!
