Game Of Thrones is only two weeks away and we’re taking every little bit of information we can get as we wait very impatiently for the final chapters.
New TV spots have dropped online and while a lot of the clips contain mainly footage previously shown in the full trailer released at the beginning of March, there are a couple of new tidbits we couldn’t help but notice.
First off – Arya and Jon are officially reunite, and Jon is heard telling someone ‘now it’s just us’, which could mean anything, but could also be a warning suggestion that all of the Stark children could be ill-fated as the journey continues, and only Arya and Jon remain.
(Which we, not going to lie, would be super angry about because we are team Sansa to win the throne the whole way).
But with her running away looking like she’s fighting for her life moments later, it doesn’t look too good for young Arya either. Will she stay alive long enough to complete her list?
Meanwhile, in another clip which was uploaded to Reddit to pull apart, Tyrion delivers the stark (geddit?!) warning: ‘We must fight together, or die.’
In blurred vision behind him stands someone who appears to be Sansa, with her flame-coloured hair clear for all to see.
But who exactly is Tyrion trying to get on side? It would seem odd to make his plea to Jon and Daenerys, who are already his allies – so perhaps he’s trying to bring someone new into the fold.
Whatever the case, it seems all of the key players are preparing for war – and we know Game Of Thrones well enough to expect some casualties.
One shot appears to show the fall of Winterfell, with fire engulfing the former Stark castle.
Jon and Daenerys (the new lovers who don’t realise just yet they’re related) are also seen in one intense shot, with Dany looking deep into a fire while Jon stares at her.
