CHECK OUT THE REFERENCES I USED FOR THIS THEORY!!

  1. Hello fellow Game of Thrones fanatics! I just want to point out that I purposely left out the 'White Walker origins' from the show (Children of the Forest creating the White Walkers) because I hate it. The theory I discuss in the video is more in line with the novels and I put the links to all the references I used for this theory in the video's description. I personally do not think that George RR Martin will ever fully reveal the true origins of the White Walkers but I do believe the books and show will have a similar ending. 3 MORE DAYS UNTIL WINTER IS HERE!

  2. I hope the White Walkers win.I hate everyone in the show now that Littlefinger is dead.I was able to forgive them for Stannis' death but this crossed the line.Such shit writing these past 3 seasons!

  3. Plants can grow when frozen and lacking sun now that is high fantasy. The white walkers make the storyline so finite and it is also turning it into a zombie show. The white walkers can't talk or do much beyond kill they are boring. Which is why cersi is still alive to keep us all from falling asleep next year.

  4. One theory suggested that the white walkers were the guardians of this world. And if human kind grew to violent, to horrible, they would clense the world. I guess we just have to lean back and wait for the next season

  5. I know nothing of the books but as far as Game of Thrones is concerned the Children are the ones who created the white walkers in the first place to fight the first men. That was my understanding anyway. Then after whatever pact between the children and first men was enacted the white walkers simply continued on the reason they were created with… to kill all humans.

  6. This one is the best narration i have heard of all the GoT commentary. You have good command over the topic and express it vividly. Above all you have not included your shouting appearance in the video. Thank you!

  7. Hello, great vid, nice voice tone and pace.
I'm pretty sure you won't see that comment but maybe someone can answer or theorize.
if mariage could be conclude between a Stark and a She-WW, maybe the Others accepts baby girls as sacrifice. Only Craster, because he wanted to keep "his" females for his own pleasure and didn't want to be challenged by another male (even a son of him) gave only his male offspring to the Others.
So maybe in the land of everlasting winter there are female WW, old now that sacrifices have been long forgotten…

  8. erm… am I missing something here? I seem to remember the children creating the white walkers?? im sure when bran was flying through time with 3 eyed raven they saw the children create the white walkers to fight agains man who were slaughtering them??

  9. Can someone explain the following to me. If Jon Snow and Beric Dondarrion are Fire Wights, brought back by the Lord of Light, who's great nemesis is the Lord of Darkness, than shouldnt the White Walkers have been created by the Lord of Darkness? But this doesnt fit in with the story of them being created by the Children. Or the Children are actually creatures of evil, but that doesnt tie in with the tv show at all, looking at the fact that one of the children saved Bran before becoming the 3 eyed Raven. So whats the deal with the Lord of Darkness vs the Lord of Light and the Walkers……

  10. "How do you think this is going to end? A classic tale of good vs evil..?"
Yes. Game of Thrones, while I do still enjoy it (somewhat), has become lazy and predictable in the last couple of seasons. I'm hoping for a turn around and to be surprised, but I feel that the show creators are too scared to take risks anymore. It's become the standard fantasy trope that George Martin always hated.

  11. I really like this theory (apart from the Daenerys thing at the end), although it seems too nuanced for the route D&D are taking. The books, then. I'd like the Children of the Forest to get their home back – maybe the humans gets Essos, the Others return north… That would seem fair.

  12. They don't control ice. Why would a marriage come after 13 commanders which is probably 200 plus years after this pact? There was already people over the wall at this time because there was a king beyond the wall. Also what is ice magic the starks have? Warging is not ice magic or special to starks
