Sansa would be alive and protected at The Vale with LittleFinger. Cersei being killed by Arya would leave Jaime Lannister as King or Lord-Protector of the Seven Kingdoms.Deanerys might just marry Jaime Lannister and unite House Targaryen & House Lannister. This would save many lives, and Jaime is honorable enough to live up to whatever bargain Deanerys demands. LittleFinger & Sansa would retake Winterfell from Ramsey Bolton. Leaving LittleFinger Warden of the North, until Sansa & Arya kill LittleFinger.
3 Dragons living, a united Seven Kingdoms under Deanerys-Jaime.. The Wall keeps out the Night King, White Walkers & Army of Wights. Things look pretty good in this timeline.
