What if he really was a dragon and survived the melting iron scene. His snoby attitude would have him go down a better road than daenerys : she was naive but he would without a doubt force his enemy to submit in an iron rule (as the "father of dragons").

After uniting part of Essos he would easily invade Westoros and pursue the expansion of his New Valyria Empire. In the meantime master Vario and perhaps Varys would rule the empire internally from the inside.

And it goes without saying that he would never have gone north of the wall (a land of savage, literally worthless to him) so the dead would have to wait one more winter at least (the wall needs a dragon to fall).

Jorah would've likely been Visery's killer at some point. I could see Visery having one of his bitch rages (let's say over a dragon) and he tries to kill Dany out of jealousy and, ofcourse anger. Jorah easily defeats him and asks Dany to issue a verdict of fate. Dany decides to have him executed for attempted murder and dragon theft, her children in her eyes. The scene ends with Visery whimpering like a bitch as Jorah thrusts his sword into Visery's heart; a quick and merciful death that Dany would appreciate.

Viserys is a Targaryen, he has every right to be snob, his people are not ordinary. He has exalted ancestry and he would have been in charge or carrying the 5000 year old dynasty on his back. Well, at least in him mind he would been responsible for.

Viserys would have waited until they left the Dosh Khaleen and then challenge Khal Drogo to single combat, waking the dragon like never before. Viserys would of course win the duel easily and then get the entire Dothraki army on his side to conquer Westeros. He'd marry Daenerys off to Walder Frey and take Sansa Stark, and the iron throne, for himself after killing the Lannisters.
