From whiskey to New York City subway cards, unique Game of Thrones merch is everywhere these days. Part of this onslaught on your wallet includes a new line of Game of Thrones-themed Adidas Ultra Boost running shoes, something we first reported on in July. Shortly after, we got our first look at the House Targaryen sneakers, followed by House Lannister set. Now, we have our first look at the White Walker-themed shoes. We’ve finally figured out how White Walker Bob was able to jump down from that balcony and smash Jon Snow so easily; he was wearing custom made White Walker Adidas Ultra Boosts, perfect for a high impact landing.
Joking aside, these are the cleanest pair yet. The White Walkers don’t walk around decked to the nines like the Lannisters, and we dig the single look. The tag on the heel also stands out; while the other shoes have house words on the tag, these simply read, “Winter is Here.”
Also rumored to be in the works are shoes based on House Stark and the Night’s Watch, the first line of defense against the White Walkers. We haven’t gotten an official look at those yet, but YEEZY MAFIA shared some images a while back:
Adidas hasn’t announced an official release date yet, but we figure it’s got to be soon; before season 8 premieres in April at the least.
