Every year diehard Game of Thrones fans wait for the release of the yearly A Song of Ice and Fire Calendar that features some of the best artworks in the world. They depict the fantastical world of George R. R. Martin’s famous novel series. The 2023 A Song of Ice and Fire calendar was an artistic ode to the Game of Thrones prequel House of The Dragon, titled ‘The World of Fire & Blood 2023 Calendar’. The cover of the upcoming 2024 calendar has been recently unveiled by Martin quite recently, featuring an illustration by Justin Sweet.

Martin wrote on his blog Not A Blog:
“After a long time chasing down one of our favorite artists, we’ve noodled him away from other projects long enough to complete this fabulous set of images for our official Song of Ice and Fire calendar next year. Justin’s twelve original pieces will immerse you in the Westeros world with beautifully hand painted designs that will put those AI algorithms to shame.
Pre order will be available soon but for now we will leave you with the cover of Justin Sweets 2024 Song of Ice and Fire official Calendar.”
