Best character in GoT in my opinion – and about as close to what a knight was actually like in the medieval era as we're ever likely to see on screen – brutal, battered, but with a weird honour code.

Sandor Clegane always reminded me of Professor Snape from Harry Potter. I knew and understood from very early on they were both VERY misunderstood characters. It was for them that the phrase "don't judge a book by its cover" was invented.

This was the video I was looking for! After watching Jamie the Kingslayer, my next favourite chacter is Sandor Clegane, both having the parallel of being characters with non-traditional and complex moral story arcs that require you to look deeper than the basic concept that 'good or bad deeds means good or bad man'. Love it.
