Fresh from their nuptials at Wardhill castle in Aberdeenshire, Kit Harington and his new bride Rose were seen staving off their hangovers by indulging in their first vinos as a married couple.
The pair were seen basking in the sun each enjoying a glass of white as they strolled through the gardens of the estate holding hands and clutching glasses of wine.
Wedded bliss is really a thing as they were seen gazing into each other’s eyes and smiling at each other before joining family in a marquee in the garden for even more celebrations.
Their wedding was said to be a wild night, with Kit’s co-star Peter Dinklage seen the next day looking worse for wear following the reception.
Sophie Turner, Maisie Williams and Emilia Clarke were all also there to celebrate their big day, which saw Mumford And Sons providing the music for the evening. One of the neighbours said it had been one raucus night: ‘There will be some sore heads today. They were drinking and dancing into the early hours of the morning. But I’m sure they all had a good time.’
There were said to be 200 guests who attended Kit and Rose’s big day.
The pair married in Rayne Church, situated near to her family’s estate and castle.
Kit was wearing a black tail coat with grey trousers, a cream waistcoat and a black tie. Rose looked gorgeous in a lace wedding dress with a veil and floral headpiece, and was seen beaming in every photo.
Ahead of the wedding ceremony, Rose’s dad spoke about how happy he was for his daughter.
Speaking outside the castle, he said: ‘We are absolutely thrilled for Kit and Rose to be marrying today. It’s an absolutely lovely day for us.
‘It’s a great day for Aberdeenshire. We are using local caterers, local lighting, local flowers.’
They met on Game Of Thrones, with Rose playing Ygritte from seasons two to four. The couple have been together for four years.
