A lot of the Game of Thrones cast members got to keep props from the set. This is one of the cooler ones. I would so go around ringing that thing.

Hannah Waddingham has been having an amazing year. At one point the actor was best known for playing Septa Unella on Game of Thrones, better known as “the Shame Nun” who followed a naked Cersei Lannister through the streets while ringing a bell and yelling “Shame!” over and over. But just the other week, she won an Emmy for her work on the Apple TV+ show Ted Lasso!

It’s a little odd to think that Waddingham has an Emmy while Lena Headey never got on for playing Cersei, but it’s still richly deserved. And Waddingham still has some Game of Thrones keepsakes. She recently confirmed on The Kelly Clarkson Show that she actually kept the infamous Shame Bell from the show:

“That’s when you know your character is really dead,” Waddingham laughed, “when they give you the hero thing. ‘And thank you very much and goodbye.’”

You know, with her strong facial features and bright blonde hair, Waddingham kind of looks like a natural Targaryen. If they cast her in House of the Dragon I don’t even know if they’d need to give her a wig.

In any case, Waddingham is far from the only cast or crew member from Game of Thrones who went home with a special gift:
