HBO has kept fantasy lovers from all around the world on their toes ever since House of The Dragon was teased in their programming line-up. Well, the wait is finally over (though partially). HBO’s official Twitter handle finally gave the nod that the Game of Thrones prequel has started filming.
HBO has finally put all the doubts to rest by releasing a series of tweets regarding the commencement of production. They have also released photos of various cast members reading the official script.
The official Game of Thrones account made the announcement, followed by a number of fire 🔥 emoji Tweets. The simple message read: “Fire will reign”: “HoTD is in production as of today. “

What’s more surprising is that these Tweets were released just a few days after rumoured photos of the prequel being filmed at Cornwall were leaked. Do you feel there’s a connection between the two? Well, for all we know, House of The Dragon should be on our screens by 2022 at its current pace.
