Man, the show really f**ked up Tarly, didn't they.
The show has fucked up the Tyrells really bad. This video is full of lies in the lore.
1. Some of the best Tyrell rulers were after they became wardens of the South
2. When there was no Gardener in Highgarden, a Tyrell had the responsibility to rule the Castle and that way the Tyrells had saved the Gardener line many times in the past. And that's why Harlan had every right to open the gates of Highgarden to Aegon (and he did the right thing).
3. When The Dornish sacked Highgarden the Tyrell stewart took rule because the old king died and he saved The Reach and defeated The Dornish.
4. The Reach prospered under their rule as Stewarts and as Rulers.
5. Highgarden always looked like a castle and a palace at the same time.
6. Women don't rule their house, they had many strong and bad men and women family members in the past.
7. The fact that they have a rose as their sigil doesn't make them weak in military or gay.
8. When the Game of Thrones begins the Tyrells have already "Grown Strong" more than any other house in westeros except from the Lannisters, whom they surpass during the story.
9. Loras Tyrell character was ruined in the show.
Who is this speaking? ps the Stannis's wife (their sigil is a Fox) have more rights or connects with House Gardner than House Tarly. They join King Renly against Lannisters then later he join with Cersi Lannister against Tyrell was BS storyline.
I am happy they let it Known that the tarlys didn't really have love to the Tyrells

And 8000 Lannisters can take the Second biggest castle (after Storms End) with the most troops than any other kingdom most knights. I mean only the Tarleys rebelled I count the
Redwynes being loyal the Hightowers (They only hold the second biggest city in Westeros in Oldtown.)
