The writers clearly didnt know what to do with Blackfish so they just killed him, it makes no sense that he would turn his back on a family member who needed his help in order to pointlessly die for an old stone building he hasn't lived in for decades

Cersei is having the Mountain openly kill Sparrows but she doesnt have him kill Lancel who was right there? Lancel's testimony is the only evidence against Cersei, if the mountain had just taken out his sword and cut down that group of sparrows or even just the one guy in front then Cersei would walk free
