People keep saying how the kids are being "murdered" in the factory but you're forgetting the part at the end, where Wonka tells Charlie and Joe that they will be their "normal, terrible selves" when they leave. The Burton version goes further and even shows the kids leaving. So yeah, Wonka's not such a bad guy.

"A World of Safety Violations" was freakin golden. I died. Not only did it sound absolutely amazing. But it was hilarious. I hate that Gene has passed. I feel an attachment to him. And it's the strangest thing knowing he's not here anymore. I will forever love him in this role. And this whole video was awesome.

The book speciall the cut chapters managed to traumatized me more than the two movies to be honest.

This movie was -/:;$& up he was killing people one by one it's really the children's version of saw I mean when he said the snozzberrys taste like snozzberrys he meant they were tasting the private things men have in their pants

Fun fact: Gene Wilder REFUSED to start filming unless they let his first appearance be that crippled walk down the stones, with the fall and summersault (sp?). Because he felt it identified the duality of his character.
