House of the Dragon: the prequel to Game of Thrones suffers the absence of an important character

Who is missing?

A central figure that has not yet been announced by the production is Aegon II Targaryen, son of Viserys I and Alicent, who He challenged his older half-sister Rhaenyra to proclaim his place on the Iron Throne after the death of his father and sparked the civil war known as the Dance of the Dragons.. Fans of the saga believe that it is a character that must appear, but for some reason they have not shown it.

In this situation there are three possibilities: it is believed that Aegon will not appear in the first season and yes it will in the following. Another plan that showrunners may have is that make your appearance as a child and that in the next episodes he establishes himself as the central protagonist.
