Only in the movies does Iron Man stand a chance, the real Hulk is impervious to physical damage. That last punch would just have made him mad again. In the comics Hulkbuster only stands up to the Hulk for a few minutes as a distraction before being completely demolished. In my opinion, Spider-Man did way better than Iron Man ever could.
