Fans (well, some of them, probably) have long waited for the day when rapper Snoop Dogg would meet Emilia Clarke, the actor who played Daenerys Targaryen for eight seasons on Game of Thrones. And it finally happened when Clarke went backstage at Snoop’s show at the O2 Arena in London. The moment was captured by tour promoter Ian Vaughn. Watch below:

“You’re an amazing actress, beautiful spirit, you’re so believable,” Snoop Dogg tells Clarke. “I would protect your eggs any day.” That one gets a big laugh from the crowd. “Can I get that in writing,” Clarke jokes.

Snoop was known to be a big fan of Game of Thrones over the years. He even posted his reaction to Jon Snow killing Daenerys in the series finale. He was not pleased:

Game of Thrones stars Emilia Clarke and Gwendoline Christie reunite at Schiaparelli boutique launch party

As long as we’re talking about Emilia Clarke’s dealings around town, she also attended the launch party for a new Schiaparelli boutique in London. Schiaparelli is a fashion brand, so this event is basically an excuse to dress up fancy and get photographed, and the attendees did not disappoint:

As it happens, this party was also attended by Gwendoline Christie, who played Brienne on Game of Thrones. Daenerys and Brienne never shared a scene on the show, so we’ll have to satisfy ourselves with photos like one.
