Is Drogon as Big as Balerion in Game of Thrones Season 7

need to catch some zzz's. been a real long three days trying, messing up, and trying again, over and over. 42 hours in total

i found it very difficult to find a consistent scaling between drogon and dany. i know many of you were curious about this topic, so i hope i didnt butcher it :-/. i truly tried my best.

Balerion the Black Dread was the largest dragon ever seen. I wish Drogon would get larger but I highly doubt it. Sadly the show differs in great detail from the books at times.

You aren't taking into account that the proportion of head to body will change as an animal develops. For example, a human toddler's head is almost as large as an adult's.
Also, crocodilians never stop growing until they die, but their growth rate slows down as they reach maturity. So Drogon's growth rate won't necessarily stay consistent throughout his life, meaning that he may not surpass Bolerion.

Drogon may not be as big as Balerion, but he's only been around a few years. But if he lives for, say…a hundred years (or perhaps 200), I reckon he'd be about the same size. If not bigger

drogon, rheagal and viserion are likely from a much older line of dragons then balerion, and possibly the offspring off wild dragons, which grew much bigger then the ones captured and tamed by the valyrian freehold, which grew smaller overtime, until the last dragons were no bigger then a small dog, these fozzilized eggs could have been a thousand years old or more, this could be a why dany's dragons grow this fast

Now she is just a fucking measurement like cm.

Just look at the scene of Jon standing with Drogon's head.

Now compare the descriptions of Ballerion (Could swallow a horse in one bite). There is artwork of Ballerion in the "World of ice and fire" book and his head is about 2 or 3x bigger then Drogon's.

Balerion the Dread was ridiculously huge…..the dread, indeed. People must have shit themselves when they saw him coming.

In my opinion, drogon will never reach balerion's size because he will probably die next season along with raeghal and "dead" viserion

Now imagine the amount of flesh Drogon has to eat to live, grows and generate enough gas to throw so much fire…
Could be half his own weight everyday! And remember he's not alone and going to grow even bigger…
How can you sustain that amount of cattle being sacrificed everyday?
