Megan Thee Stallion might appear in the final season of Stranger Things. Yes, you read that right, and no, it’s not a joke, at least, we think it isn’t.
The Grammy Award-winning artist teased a possible appearance on her Instagram, posting a picture of herself in a director’s chair with the Stranger Things title across the back. In one of the other pictures, she’s holding a cue card with the show title. There are a couple of other pictures of her standing in front of a building, so honestly, I have no idea what is going on.
Her caption has a spider, a web, and a heart emoji, so maybe she’s playing some villain? Or maybe someone picks a Megan Thee Stallion as their song to avoid Vecna, and she’ll be doing a live performance? I’m down for anything.

If Megan does show up in Stranger Things, I’d say the successful rapper is killing it in the television game. Most recently, she appeared on Disney+’s She-Hulk: Attorney at Law and has also been on NBC’s Good Girls and Starz’s P-Valley.
Hopefully an appearance from Megan wouldn’t be like the time Ed Sheeran showed up in Game of Thrones, which pulled you out of the world. She-Hulk is one thing, but Stranger Things is another, so if she is in it, I hope it’s her decked out in a lot of makeup and CGI effects. I could deal with that!
And of course, she might have just visited the set or something. But I’d prefer to live in the world where Megan Thee Stallion fights a Demogorgon.
