Don't believe the Last Hero is the Night's King. However I do think based on his team up with the Children of the Forest to defeat Nights King its more probable that he was the original Blood Raven.

Nice Stream boy…i dont think he is the LH..or AA..He is the Great Other God..the enemy of the LOTL/AA ..and he was created by the COTF for to avenge the first mens …The first mens [with the help of the LOTL]they defeated the COTF and they slay them 1000 years ago ..so the COTF they want revenge all those years and the NK is their artificial intelligent weapon for this job…but the NK now is out of their control..and the last COTF died in S6 ..so the humans will have to fight/destroy this weapon before its too late.

There are two factions of children of the forest the ones north of the wall created the White walkers out of Vengeance because the children of the forest in the South made The Pact with the first men the night King has now slaughtered those who made him and is seeking out the ones that can reverse the magic that are staying at the God's eye
