Jon will betray her and will be responsible for her death.

I personally think it will be Tyrion that will betray Daenerys.

No!tyrion is most likely the the traitor.why?remember the clip hanger between him and cersie about the pregnant thing?and the bitter look of him while the boat sex happening?
We know that tyrion loves cersie's siblings(i dont know if joffrey is included)maybe theres a secret discussion between cersie and tyrion about dany cannot bear a successor.
So maybe he propose to her to join the great war in exchange that he will make cersie's son or daughter to be the successor of iron throne(to bad cersie was not going to join the war)

I do think that Varys may betray Dany in favor of Jon, much to both of their chagrin. If anyone leaks his true parentage, it may be him.
