Amidst the ominous clouds of civil war, Olivia Cooke, who plays Alicent Hightower, shared a humorous clip of her trying to ride a horse.

Olivia Cooke recalls learning to ride a horse for House of the Dragon Season 2

Even a show as serious as House of the Dragon has fond behind-the-scenes memories that the cast loves to share. In her recent visit to Stephen Colbert’s The Late Show, the actress revealed a hilarious video of her horse riding training. She recalled never having ridden a horse, and said:

“That was me just getting comfortable with a horse. I just want you to know that my jeans were very tight, and this was the biggest, fattest horse you’ve ever seen.”


Olivia Cooke describes House of the Dragon in five words

As the interview progressed, Colbert asked how Cooke would describe the show to the new viewers in five words. Cooke replied without giving anything away from Season 2, “Bloodshed, legacy, power, sexuality, and dragons, obviously!”

Season 2 of House of the Dragon premieres on June 16 and can be streamed on HBO Max.
