could be trying to get the house of black and white into Westeros and wants to use her influence as a Stark of the north to gain a foot hold there. too open a house in the west he would need a native, plus he is fond of her and can clearly see her potential. you made some really interesting points, im not 100% about him being a god but hes clearly got wicked strong magics, i get the feeling hes really old too, like a pre-doom valyrian maybe.

interesting 'therory'. i think jaqen is rhaegar hiding out as a faceless man. i think he was on his way to the wall to meet Jon snow when he ran into arya, who he probably knew because he is a faceless man. i think arya and the whole harren hall capture caussed him to give up his quest for the wall and go back to bravos as he had obligations to tend to, too. i can't wait to see how this turns out.

seems reasonable Martin loves twists but he loves the complex twists that arent easy to see.He said it so himself in a interview and this isnt thrown in your face and made obvious which for me gives it credibility and would explain why "Jaqen" allowed Arya to leave alive the house of B&W

I think you've misunderstood the servants of the faceless god. They are all the faceless god. They are no one, they have shredded their identity.

I didn't buy this as a possibility at first, but it's looking at least plausible now. The fact that he trained Arya and ultimately let her go may indicate that she is now in the service of the Many Faced God whether she's officially among the ranks of the Faceless Men.

I do and have for awhile believed he is the many faced god. But you are wrong about other people not being able to see him, he is taken on as a gaurd by the lannister army along with the other 2 inside the cage with him. Arya when she is looking for him when that one person is about to give her up she runs up and even mentions him to the other person that was in the cage and asked if he seen him, he doesnt say who are you talking about he says he does not know where he is. Also when refering to him hotpie does not even say who are you talking about, that also is 1000% hotpie saying "how did he get up there". If you were a book reader you would know that other people do see him, even in the show gendry says that the person leading them said to stay away from those three, specifically says the leader says "those three" so the leader 1000% knows there are 3 people in the cage.
