Game of Thrones stars Jason Momoa and Emilia Clarke reunited this weekend and judging by that hug, it’s clear they’ve really missed each other.
It appears Jason, 39, hosted a get-together on Saturday to celebrate his upcoming milestone 40th birthday (1 August) and of course, his former GoT co-star and on-screen wife was on-hand to help usher in his exciting new chapter.
In the cutest Instagram snap we ever did see, Jason wraps his arms around Emilia who looks particularly thrilled with the warm bear hug.
Emilia, 32, joked about the sheer size of the actor and captioned the photo: ‘With you I feel 2 feet small.
‘X 2 @prideofgypsies HAPPY FREAKING BIRTHDAY BABY! An oversized bath tub of happiness for another year of you [sic].’
Guessing our invite to the big party is lost in transit somewhere…
After playing husband and wife in the form of Khal Drogo and Daenerys Targaryen aka Khaleesi in GoT, Jason and Emilia have developed quite a sweet relationship.

Jason provided support for Emilia during her brain aneurysm ordeal a few years ago, which saw her undergo invasive surgery.
Opening up about the actress’ terrifying health scare, Jason told Entertainment Tonight back in April: ‘I’ve kind of been a part of that whole situation for a very long time, so we’ve had so many scares and trying to find the right way to come out and help.
After years of quietly dealing with the illness, Emilia shared her story in an opinion piece for the New Yorker before detailing the ordeal in various interviews.
Applauding her bravery in speaking out, Jason continued: ‘I just think it’s beautiful that—she’s so brave in helping the world and trying to raise awareness. I mean, I’m very sad because we almost lost her numerous times. So I love her to bits, and she’s here and she’s going to do great things with it and teach the world.’
