‘Who wore it better?’ Jessica Rowe makes a fashion statement in a faux fur coat and compares herself to Jon Snow from Game Of Thrones

Winter has well and truly arrived in Sydney, with the Emerald City recording its coldest winter day in almost forty years on Thursday.

And for Jessica Rowe, it was a chance to make a fashion statement.

The former TV presenter, 50, shared a photo on her Instagram of herself beaming as she wore a big cosy coat – likely a faux fur piece.

She added a bit of glamour to her look with a belt around her waist to cinch the jacket and a pair of tights with boots.

The blonde beauty’s post featured a picture of Game Of Thrones character Jon Snow (played by Kit Harington) wearing a similar fur coat.

In the caption she asked her followers: ‘Who wore it better?? Fashun sweetie’ along with the hashtags ‘#craphousewife’ and ‘#winterishere.’

Jessica’s sassy fashion post comes after she caught up with Sunrise executive producer Michael Pell, earlier this week.

The former Studio Ten host was seen having a private catch up with the 38-year-old TV wunderkind this week, The Daily Telegraph reported.

However, the meeting was just friendly, and not work related, an alleged source told the paper on Sunday.

‘She’s not joining Channel 7. They are friends,’ the source reportedly told publication.

‘Nowadays I find myself doing a song and dance routine for my daughters. Not that successfully’.

Speaking to News.com.au’s How to Be Happy podcast recently, Jessica, who is known for her popular lifestyle blog Crap Housewife, admitted she was struggling to find work during the Covid-19 pandemic.

‘Well, I’ve got to be honest, in my professional life it’s been pretty crap,’ she said.

‘A lot of my work has gone. It’s disappeared because a lot of my work has been talking to people, hosting events, advocating for mental health but doing that with people, with an audience,’ she explained.

Jessica is married to Channel Nine news anchor Peter Overton and the couple share two daughters – daughter Allegra, 13, and Giselle, 11.
