The first time I watched, I hated Joffrey way more, watching the second time through I hate Ramsay more… so it really varies

Well considering Ramsay was actually dangerous and Joffrey was a little bitch who hid behind his mommy and servants I'd say Ramsay wins. Not to mention Ramsay is kind of admirable in conquering the North and everything while working tirelessly to be the most despicable and ruthless person ever.
Ramsay was a strategist who took matters into his own hands. Joffrey was a spoiled whiny bitch who had others do his dirty work. Although Joffrey's death was satisfying, Ramsay's was more fitting.
Actually if Ramsay won the battle of the Bastards the hull entire island of Westeros would have been more vulnerable to the White walkers.

It's ironic how opposite Jon and Ramsay are. Jon isn't really a bastard but Eddard passed him as such and because of that he was treated like crap by Eddard's wife. Fortunately Jon grew up to be a relatively good person. Ramsay is a true blue bastard who is the result of rape, yet his father's wife actually treated him pretty well all things considered. He on the other hand grew up to an absolute monster.
