It's a nice story, but I doubt it's how it will be for several reasons:
1. Did I just missed it or is there no story about the end of the Night King? The last thing I've got from the leaks, is that he entered Eyrie with some Whites. And then what? I doubt his story is ending without an end.
2. If the story is true, there will be a few times more battles in season 8 than in the first 7 seasons together. I don't think that they all of a sudden change the style of the show for the last season. It's much more realistic that they defeat the White Walkers by just killing the Night King and therefore also his whole army in one battle. Or what else is the sense of explaining in S7E7 that if you kill a White Walker, all others, who were revived by him, die too?
3. As explained in S7E8 the Whites cannot swim. So how should they attack Pyke?
4. I cannot imagine Euron is killed by anyone else but Yara or Theon.
5. And anyway, Theon is already on his way to Pike at the end of S7E8.
6. Brienne and Tormund are a much nicer couple than Brienne and Jamie 😉

Ive read alot of "leaked" season 8 scripts and all of them tells the story differently. But this to me is good. It actually "kills" the real plotline by saturating the web with all this different theories and fanmade plots. Now we really wont know whats the real one until the actual moment the show airs. Hope many more of these "accurate" and "real" leaks spring up.
