Julian was revelaed to be the Alchemy. But he’s more than that. He is also Savitar. In this video, I will show you the proofs for this theory. In comics, Savitar was stuck in the Speedforce. I think the same happened here and part of Savitar is in Speedforce and the other half is the Flash’s world as Julian Albert.
When the Reverse-Flash reset the Flashpoint timeline, Savitar got stuck in the Speedforce and ever since then, he’s tryng to come back to the world. Only speedsters can see him because he’s part of the Speedforce. That’s why he’s so fast, because he’s not fully manifesting himself in the Flash’s world.

iris wesr becomes a speedster and is pregnant with a child which will have red hair and will be named bart allen in season 4. wally becomes daniel west. end of season 4 barry returns as savitar and kills daniel west which is the reason he runs back in time to kill grodd. the old barry, the old wally and etc . which would have been the original time line

Danielle panabaker said in an interview that people are leading us to the fact that nobody we know already become savitar they obviously are leading us in the wrong direction so I like your theory but I don't think it's true
