Game of Thrones star Kit Harington (Jon Snow) stars as a suspect during a long interrogation in the second season of Criminal, coming later this month!
Those of you still going through Game of Thrones withdrawals since the HBO show ended last year may be interested in the second season of Netflixâs Criminal. Why? Because Kit Harington (Jon Snow) stars as a suspect trying to wriggle off a hook. Watch the trailer:
Criminal has an interesting premise. The entire thing takes place in just two rooms: a suspect interview room and an adjoining observation room. Recurring characters include Detective Inspector Natalie Hobbs (Katherine Kelly) and Detective Inspector Tony Myerscough (Lee Ingleby), who grill the perps, but the actual suspects change episode to episode.
Harington stars in the second of four episodes. Other suspects are played by Sharon Horgan, Kunal Nayyar and Sophie Okonedo.
The way the show is structured means a lot of emphasis is placed on performance, which should give Harington the chance to engage in some subtle acting he may not have gotten to do a lot of on a more bombastic show like Game of Thrones, although he gave his fair share of solid performances on that show.
