In addition to the fleur de lis symbol in the stone, The blue gem, might be a reference to the "Tavernier" diamond, later cut into the "French Blue" then cut into the "Hope" diamond. There's no known link to the Templars, but it's unknown where and how the king of France obtained the gem. Love the templars and knightfall looks like it's going to give them there due. Choosing the orange may have been a nod to the godfather Scorsese /Francis Ford Coppola, it was used as a signal, but the recipient also was ambushed and killed. Wish they didn't add the romance plot I see that being nothing but a negative in the future and I wish it was more historically accurate stories of the fall of the Templars are far more interesting then anything a screenwrite can come up with

I don't want spoilers but is it fantasy or historical fiction if it takes place in France do they speak French and you need subtitles do you know how accurate it is to real life just trying to see what it is about and if I should give it a try never heard of it before
