im watching the series all over and what i dont get is when she walks into the room to lay in bed with him why does it not show her come inside the room when the door opens?

what's happening is Lennie shadow king.is a very old powerful mutant in for him to survive for as long as he has he has to transfer his consciousness into David.which through out a hundred years or so will do it again to a powerful mutant that can handle it. that's why she was referring to the fungus in the ants that's what she's like.so when the team realized that David was being controlled by the Shadow King(lennie) they went to David's old house to save his sister and David.so right when the Shadow King had everyone where she wanted and just when she was about to kill Sydney and the rest of the team.David overpowered Linney for a short period the time and they were all ended up in his brain where the outside world is moving very slowly.so basically Lenny wants to keep them satisfied long enough until the bullet hits Sid and destroys David's purpose of life which he would just give himself up to the Shadow King cuz he has no purpose of living.now as all this is happening in a type of astral plane Melanie's ex-husband Oliver which was a powerful mutant like David is their only chance to get everyone out of there before the bullet hits Sydney.and I'm guessing the only way to do that is the Wake David up so now they have to force David to fight his fears and battle against Lenny because this is his mind he's in control of it Lenny scares him enough to where he lets go of control.so basically they need David to take control of his mind long enough for Carrie to put that thing on his head and separate them for good.hope this helps some people that are confused.

Can't wait to see how this fits in the timeline, also if y'all can't understand the timeline u didn't watch the movies closely enough the timeline is fine & works, The origins timeline was First class with professor X & Magneto creating the X-men to combat the Hellfire Club in 1962, next is X-Men Origins Wolverine which has flashbacks & takes place mainly in the 80's & it happens after the the nuclear meltdown that happened in the 70's gambit mentions the previous accident meaning this takes place in the 80's fitting in with the 80's flashback from TLS which has professor X & magneto recruiting jean grey, next is X-men takes place early 2000's & so on the XU & TLS then the wolverine which I think takes place in 2013 I can't remember exactly & days of future past takes place in 2023 & then 1973 when they change the timeline meaning first class is cannon & so is some flashbacks from XOW, then Apocalypse happens in the 80's fitting in with the previous timeline where the jean grey, storm, cyclops team was created & then deadpool takes place in 2016 & Logan takes place in 2029, so yeah if they keep with an X men movies happening every 10 years then there's the 90's, 2000's, 2010's & 2020's, so 4 more movies, also it's unknown if deadpool is alive in Logan so he could have movies that take place in 2016-2029 or 2016-?, also there's the gambit movie coming out, the new mutants movie, deadpool 2, X-23 movie, so yeah finish up the gaps in the new timeline & then continue on with X-23 & deadpool, since by Logan almost all the mutants are killed, so yeah just remember when it looks like the X men might die in the 90's movie & so on just remember all X-men alive in the dofp credit scene die in 2028 by professor X, also they already stated they want gambit 2 have like a trilogy or some shit so u know they could have it set in the same timeline era as deadpool or the same timeline as X-23 either having him being a mutant after the events of Logan (possible X-23 cameo???), or before they X-men were killed set around the same time as deadpool with a bunch of X men cameos then, also new mutants since it has professor X in it will probably be around the early 2000's timeline or maybe even later since teenage warhead has a similar outfit to the new mutants, also hopefully legion takes place in the new timeline in 70's either before 73 which would make it cannon it both timelines or have it take place later in the 70's, btw sinces David is in his 20's & it's the 70's that means he was most likely born in the 50's & since Xavier was in his 20's can't remember if it was early or late 20's as that means Xavier knocked up his mom when he was either in his early 20's or when he was a teen, also if they show Xavier in legion hopefully it's James & not Patrick since that wouldn't make any fucking sense lol

You notice the titles over the location screens is exactly the same as in Captain America: Civil War.

Marvel has a hand in this will we get a surprise that this is actually an MCU show and it explains why we don't see Mutants in the MCU movies because they are in hiding and the Government is actively suppressing them?

Look at Deadpool, that movie was was an MCU film without any cameos from MCU characters. I mean it had a Helicarrier for bloody sakes.

I'm starting to wonder if Fox and Marvel are playing a long con for Phase Four of the MCU

Well Episode 4 kinda clears up a few things with this personalities, the yellow eyes monster is apart of this mind what was created by the stories that his father use to tell him and it took the form of Lenny after she died, think Lenny was a regular girl or she could have been a manifestation of his personality in human form. amazing show btw, cant wait for more

I really only thought Lenny's agenda was to kind of be a wingman when she stalled Sydney helping her bro out , but that's an interesting theory that she had a deeper more complicated agenda

4:25 The costumes look like the 70's, but the technology is not. The insane girl, Lenny, had headphones and the guy asking David questions in the first episode, the interrogator for Division 3, had a tablet or something similar that was wireless and also a tablet pen.

Looks beautifully presents and so interesting at the same time

Only problem I have is the meh CGI in ep 1, but other than that it's damn good so far. I'm not concerned, however, cause judging by its excellent ratings and successful premier, funding and quality is bound to increase
