Between all of her duties running the Seven Kingdoms, Game of Thrones star Lena Headey (Cersei Lannister) somehow found time to film an episode of NBC’s Running Wild with Bear Grylls, the show where survivalist Grylls drags random celebrities through forests, up mountains and down valleys to test their survival abilities.

The show put out a short clip of Grylls and Headey rappelling down a mountain. Between Headey threatening to s**t her pants in midair and Grylls injuring his testicles, it’s action-packed:

But seriously, the two looked to have had a grand time, and were laughing all the way down that rock wall.

Headey’s episode aired last night on NBC. The whole thing is already on YouTube for all to see.

Emilia Clarke (Daenerys Targaryen) has also been on TV a lot lately. Apparently she’s in this little indie film called Solo: A Star Wars Story, out this weekend. She plays Qi’ra, a childhood friend of Han Solo’s. On Monday night, Clarke joined Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show where she attempted a Chewbacca impression…

…and told the story of when she skipped out on a screening of Solo to watch the royal wedding:

We also get an image of Clarke riding Drogon behind the scenes:

Apparently, things can get uncomfortable and kind of lonely up there. “I’m like harnessed in, and they don’t really let me down very much.” As for teases for Game of Thrones season 8, she’s predictably silent. “I think they are doing loads of stuff and they’re not even telling us cause they don’t trust us, and rightly so.” We’ll see.

To cap things off, she played charades with Fallon, White Collar star Matt Bomer and Tarik Trotter from The Roots:

There’s no way “Puff the Magic Dragon” wasn’t pre-selected for her before they began playing, right?

Finally, Dame Diana Rigg (Lady Olenna Tyrell) joins Jane Pauley on CBS Sunday Morning to discuss her storied career, from her role as Emma Peel in the 1960s British spy series The Avengers to her time on Game of Thrones to her return to the Broadway stage for a revival of My Fair Lady.

We, too, are glad that Thrones brought Rigg new fans. Long may she reign.
